If you want to get healthier, stronger and leaner, Fitness Class is for you! Each class is one hour long and consists of a structured warm-up, customized strength training, and a challenging workout. Every class is guided by an expert, experienced coach.
The general format of the class goes like this:
- Warm Up 5 - 10 minutes
- Strength/Skill 15 - 25 minutes
- Workout 15 - 30 minutes
- Cool Down 5 minutes (if time allows)
Although there is a lot of variety in Fitness class, with different exercises and workouts every day, the programming is anything but random. Training progressions are developed in 10 day micro-cycles, within 10 week cycles, that build, over multiple cycles, to specific strength and metabolic conditioning goals.
What all of this means for you is – Progress. All you need to do is show up consistently, and you will steadily get stronger, with better range of motion, and more control. We have done the planning so that you move better, feel better and get in great shape.
In each of our classes we offer 3 levels of programming - Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced - so that we can accommodate all skill levels. Our mission, at Dave Werner Fitness, is teaching safe effective movement. Every exercise and drill we ask you to do is selected and guided with this mission in mind.
